How to solve the problem of wrinkling or wrinkling at both ends of paper?

Reason:
1. Uneven moisture distribution in the paper web;
2. The felt is sprayed unevenly;
3. Uneven pressing load;
4. Strong drying: especially the early drying in the dryer section is too fast;
5. The dry net is too loose or too dirty;
6. Paper page uniformity is poor.

Solution:
1. Adjust the moisture distribution of the paper industry;
2. Check the spray device of the press felt;
3. Gradually heat up in the drying part and dry slowly;
4. Improve the evenness of the paper page, especially the evenness on both sides;
5. Reduce the concentration of slurry in the headbox;
6. Tighten the dryer net, or consider cleaning the dryer net.
