Features:
This Pressure Screen changes the drop flow screening mode of traditional pressure screen, pulp inflow from the bottom, heavy impurities are blocked at the bottom and discharged out periodically, reduces the wear of screen cylinder and rotor, extends the service life of screen cylinder and rotor; In the process of pulp rising, fine light impurities are very easy to rise to the top and discharged out through tail pulp entrance, pulp through the strong cleaning of long rotor slice, screen quality, and capacity can improve greatly. Compared with the traditional Down-Flow Screen, the impurities percentage of good pulp reduce to about 30%. The top of this equipment has no rise device, be convenient for customers to check and overhaul the screen cylinder and rotor.
